The 10th October is World Mental Health Day and each year, during this week in October, we would normally celebrate our own Wellbeing Day with a range of inter-house, mixed year group, wellbeing day activities. Given the current restrictions, we were not able to celebrate in the same way this year. Instead, we opted for an alternative Wellbeing Day with wellbeing mufti and class (and teepee!) based activities such as dance yoga, painting Happiness jars and using ipads to recreate famous works of art such as Van Gogh’s Starry Night.
