Six LEH Junior School girls took part in the UKI (UK and Ireland) Chess Championships and earned the school 3rd place in the nationwide competition.
In the individual section, both Chinmyee (FIH) and Diya (FIH) played in the Under 8 section and both won prizes. Vibha (UIM) and Tiffany (UIM) took part in the under 9 section, with Tiffany making the prize list. The under 10 section was won jointly by Joy (LIIB) and Jahanvi (LIIB), with Joy taking the top place on tie break. Well done to all the girls.
