We returned to the stage this morning for the U2E assembly of the year. We would like to congratulate U2E pupils on their amazing teamwork and creative flair in putting this morning’s assembly together in just a few days. Particular highlights of their romp through the decades of the Queen’s reign since the 1950s were the appearances on stage of Elvis, Rocky the hippie, Madonna, J K Rowling and Ed Sheeran, as well as tributes to the arrival of skateboards, the development of the internet, Star Wars and the Olympics. Listening to the excellent musical performances of U2E pupils Amy, Amy, Ivy, Lily, Saachi, Annabel, Emi and Chinmyee before and after assembly was a wonderful way to start the day!
