As part of our Life Advice programme of events, our Upper 6 students were treated to a fabulous talk by Tina Lond-Caulk, the Nutrition Guru. Tina a regular visitor to LEH, gave some wonderful advice on how to enhance wellbeing and cognitive performance through manageable, daily lifestyle changes, including sleep and nutritional balance.
This talk was very well-received by the students who had lots of questions for Tina as they navigate this all-important A-level year.
