We are thrilled to announce that Upper 6 students, Sophia and Ada have achieved outstanding results in the annual Massolit Video Competition, designed to highlight the creativity of budding young historians. The competition is run in partnership with Brasenose College, Oxford.  

Sophia's submission, a lecture-style video on the topic of 'An Introduction to Linguistic Relativity' captivated the judges. The video showcased her deep understanding and passion for the subject, highlighting the nuances and complexities of how language influences thought. Ada's essay was on 'Ebru Art and its history' explored the traditional 13th century Turkish art of creating colourful marble-effect patterns by sprinkling and brushing colour pigments onto a pan of oily water.
