It was brilliant to have Frantic Assembly lead a physical theatre workshop with our L5 Drama GCSE students after school on Wednesday. The students learnt approaches to develop movement sequences, the principals of lifting and some thrilling lifts, as well as directorial approaches to creating moving images for the stage. They will then apply these exciting techniques to their devising theatre component. We were so proud of how the students challenged themselves and engaged in these workshops and we can't wait to see what they produce in the next few weeks.
