It has been a fantastic first full week of the summer term in PE with the girls loving getting back into some of their favourite summer sports such as rounders, athletics and cricket.

We have been thrilled to see the huge numbers at extra-curricular clubs and the girls eager to continue to develop their skills outside of their lessons

This week we were delighted to welcome in Felisitus Kwangwa, a Surrey Storm player and Zimbabwe captain, to take each year group for a special netball session. It was a great opportunity for the girls to learn and develop their skills whilst also being inspired by such a renowned figure. The girls absolutely loved the day and cannot wait for the new netball season to begin.

We also enjoyed our rescheduled netball fun night on Wednesday which was great fun! We had around 80 girls take to the courts in their fancy dress outfits and battle it out on the court in their combined L2 and U2 teams. The girls played brilliantly and with such camaraderie and team work, it was great to see and was a superb way to finish off the netball season.
