Madrid Exchange
During Half Term, a group of Lower Sixth pupils from Hampton School and LEH, accompanied by their teachers, travelled to Madrid, Spain, as part of the annual exchange with Colegio Mirabal.
Highlights of the visit included eating Spanish delicacies such as chocolate con churros (hot chocolate) and cochinill (piglet), a visit to The Royal Palace, exploring the Bernabeu football stadium and an amazing trip to Segovia, a historical site. But without a doubt their competitiveness came to live in the go-karting activity! As always on these exchanges, strong connections were made with their exchanges and their families and the girls are very much looking forward to the return visit of their hosts in December.
