Nine members of the Lower Sixth, accompanied by Mme Kean, spent a busy week in Nice during the half term holiday. The girls stayed in host families and attended four hours of French lessons every morning. They then went on visits to places of cultural interest in the afternoon with a French speaking guide.

Amongst their excursions were trips to Monaco, Antibes and old Nice as well as the cinema and learning the Salsa! The girls felt that they had really benefitted from their language immersion and have certainly broadened their vocabulary!
