National Schools Regatta

For the second year in succession, our rowers finished in top place with two gold medals at the National Schools Regatta which took place in Nottingham, commencing on Friday, 23rd May.

Unfortunately for everyone involved, high winds caused a large part of the weekend’s rowing to be cancelled and a replacement regatta was organised at Dorney Lake 2 weeks later to complete some of the outstanding races.

MEDAL WINNERS:

Gold Medal Winners J15 Coxed Fours:
Rosie Robson, Rachel Mann, Connie Manson, Louisa Bolton and cox Charlotte Trundley.

George Hunter Cup Winners J14 Coxed Quads:
Jasmin O’Reilly, Kate Davis, Tabitha Brown, Kate Marlow and cox Beth Williams.

DORNEY LAKE REGATTA

All eyes were on the J18 Eights who have already won the prestigious Schools’ Head this year and were defending champions from last year’s National Regatta. After an exciting race, the team once again crossed the finish in gold medal position.

Celebrating a hard fought victory
