Visits to the School
We very much hope that prospective parents will arrange to visit the school, meet pupils and staff, and hear a talk from the Head Mistress, or the Head of the Junior Department, during the year before their daughter sits the examination.  Please contact the Registrar for details of our Open Days for 7+ and 11+ entry. The Sixth Form Open Morning will be on Friday, 5th October 2007.
Registration
An Application Form should be completed and returned to the Registrar  with the registration and examination fee.  Applicants are considered for entry in the year preceding that for which they are registered.  Click on 'read more' for more information and to download an Application Form.

Policies

The following policies are available on request:

Anti Bullying, Behaviour, Child Protection, Complaints*, Curriculum, Health and Safety, Trips and Expeditions

*In the normal course of events, any concerns or complaints are resolved informally, either by letter, telephone, or in a meeting.  However, the full complaints procedure, which gives details of the formal process to be followed if matters cannot be satisfactorily resolved, is available from the school on request, and is outlined in the Parent Contract.

The School is required to report to parents the number of formal complaints received through this procedure in the preceding academic year.  In the academic year 2006-7, no such formal complaints were received.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)
The school aims to help every child achieve her full potential, and so is keen to identify any special educational needs as soon as possible in a pupil’s school career.
