All applicants for entry to the Junior and Senior Departments must sit an entrance examination, and may also be interviewed. This includes girls in our Junior Department who wish, as the majority do, to proceed to the Senior Department. Entry is competitive. At 7+, the entrance examination includes Mathematics and English; at 11+ and for the Sixth Form there is also a General Paper. The school will contact the current Head Teachers of applicants for entry to the Senior Department to request a reference. Additional details of the entry process are issued to all applicants. However, we do not provide specimen papers.
