Members of the Lower Sixth from LEH and Hampton recently took part in the annual Leadership Course held at Avon Tyrell in the New Forest.

Starting out on Friday morning and returning late Sunday afternoon, the weekend comprised a hectic schedule of ‘challenges’ both intellectual and physical, all designed to develop the leadership and team membership skills of all the participants.  

One of the memorable parts of the weekend was the question and answer session given by Mrs Low and Mr Martin, who faced the ‘uncensored’ questions of the combined Lower Sixths.  

The final evening saw the fastest, loudest and possibly largest ‘speed-dating’ type event ever staged, ensuring that everyone knew everyone else before it was time to pack up to return to normality on the Sunday afternoon.
