In February, the Lower IIs took part in a Tudor workshop held at The National Archives, Kew.
The girls examined a selection of original documents from the time of Henry VIII to work out what he was really like as a person and a king.
For the second activity, replica sets of clothes for rich and poor Tudor children were tried on, whilst the rest of the class learnt how to identify the various items of clothing.
The workshop finished with the Tudor Joust game to find out more about jousting and why it was so popular with Henry VIII.
