The Upper II girls had a wonderful time at the BBC 21c Classroom at the media centre in Wood Lane.  They were shown how to take video and ask questions and went out with one question to ask people working for the BBC. 

Some of the questions were “what to you like about working for the BBC”, “if you were prime minister for the day what law would you pass?”, “what do you think about a 3rd runway at Heathrow airport?” and “what did you want to be when you were 10 and what do you do now?”

The spent 30 mins filming people giving very different answers and then went back to the classroom to download and edit the videos.  They learnt how to edit and arrange video and add their own opening and ending words and jingle.

A wonderful time was had by all the girls and they came away with some professional looking vodcasts.
