Both the U14 and the U16 netball teams travelled to Rainham School in Kent, on Saturday, 26th January to compete in the Regional Rounds of the National Schools' Competition.

The U14 Team

After some very close and thrilling matches against Kings Canterbury, Bancroft, Barking Abbey, St Helen’s, Tormead, Beneden and Claremont, the U14 team finished in joint second place and finally missed out on goal average from qualifying for the Final Round.

This is a great achievement to finish amongst the top teams in the South-East of England.

The U16 Team 

The U16 team competed strongly against teams including Simon Langton, St Catherines, Colfes, Drayton Manor, Bancrofts, Chafford and with only one loss, the team needed just one more victory to qualify for the National Finals. In their final match, Putney proved to be too strong and the team narrowly missed out on qualification. Well done girls for playing some outstanding netball.
