Members of the RAF section of the joint Hampton/LEH Combined Cadet Force (CCF) spent an action-packed day at Hillingdon Outdoor Pursuits Centre on Friday 5th October. 

After an exciting morning building rafts and raft-racing, the teams divided up to take turns on the high ropes course.

Other team building activities including crossing the swamp, blindfold tunnelling and plank racing.
