Construction News – September ‘11
Welcome to Construction News, the first of a series of regular updates on the progress on the new Arts Centre, written by Martin Walburn, LEH's Estates Manager.
Work commenced on the 19th August with the establishment of the construction site to provide a safe, secure working environment for the contractors, Higgins Construction PLC. This was followed by the demolition of the former art block and adjacent music rooms to enable the foundations for the new Art Centre to be excavated.
