An Application Form should be completed and returned to the Registrar  with the registration and examination fee of £100.00 (see below to download an application form).  Applicants are considered for entry during the year preceding that for which they are registered.  There is no advantage in early registration, but it is helpful if this can be completed about a year in advance.

It should be noted that applications  close on the 1st December prior to proposed entry to Year 3 and Year 7. Examinations for 7+ and 11+ are then  held in January of the proposed year of entry. For entry to the Senior School at Year 7, candidates should be between 11 years, and 11 years 11 months on 31st August of the year of admission.  For Year 3 they should be between 7 years, and 7 years and 11 months.

Applications for the main Sixth Form Entrance Examination and Scholarships close on October 29th and the examination and interviews are held in November.  However, later applications for Year 12, and other years in the school, may be considered if there are vacancies. The Registrar will be able to advise in these circumstances
