In the normal course of events, any concerns or complaints are resolved informally, either by letter, telephone, or in a meeting. However, the full complaints procedure, which gives details of the formal process to be followed if matters cannot be satisfactorily resolved, is available in school to view or from the school on request, as is the number of formal complaints received in the previous academic year. It is outlined in the Parent Contract.
