Open Events
Senior Department (11+)
Open Afternoons for prospective parents and Year 6 girls will take place in the autumn term. Each Open Afternoon includes a talk from the Head Mistress, Mrs Low, the Head of Year 7, Miss Waters, and current pupils. This is followed by a tour of the school with members of our Sixth Form, finishing with tea and an opportunity to meet Senior Staff members. Girls who attend will spend part of the afternoon with the Head of Year 7.
Dates for the autumn term will be published here at the beginning of July.
The afternoons will start at 1.15 pm and should be finished by 3.30 pm.
All these events are by prior reservation only as places are limited so please contact the Registrar to arrange an appointment, giving your daughter's name, date of birth and current school.
The closing date for registration for the entrance examination to join the Senior Department in 2013 is December 1st 2012, and the entrance examination will be held on Tuesday, 8th January 2013.
Junior Department (7+)
Prospective Parent Open Mornings for the Junior Department are being held on Wednesdays 9th May, 13th June and 20th June at 9.45am. An appointment to attend one of these meetings can be arranged by contacting the Registrar giving your daughter's name, date of birth and current school.
The Head of the Junior Department also sees small groups of parents on a more individual basis throughout the year.
The closing date for registration for the entrance examination to join the Junior Department in 2013 is December 1st 2012, and the entrance examination will be held on Tuesday 8th January 2013.
Sixth Form (16+)
The entrance examination to join the Sixth Form in 2013 will be held in November 2012 and the closing date for registration is October 30th 2012. There will be a meeting for prospective Sixth Form girls and their parents in October, and further details will be published in the Summer Term.
